The billing info should be clear in your netflix account if you are concerned they’ll double charge you. When you registered with netflix (and your sky ID email), it should have asked you to create a new password. To use your Sky Netflix account on other devices you need to set up a password as well as using your Sky Netflix email to login. Netflix doesn’t recognise the email address I use to log in to my sky account. Because they used to let another family member use one account, I used my sisters login.

If it won’t let you I would call netflix and ask them to delete it so you can start again via the Sky process. Perhaps if you didn’t pay then the account never got created properly and the process will work. Which was true of yours until you created an account earlier. You will need to create a new Netflix account in that case and then link that to your Sky account. I have done and they have passed me back to sky. Does anyone know how I can sort my netflix? I’m trying to log in to my Netflix account and it does not recognise my email address.

If you cannot remember the Password for your Netflix account see the following link I can watch on sky no problem but not on phone. Do you then just cancel your CC payment to netflix there after. This generates an instruction for Netflix to switch billing to the Sky account. I’m facing this exact issue and I didn’t have an account with Netflix until Sky told me to make one to see if that was the reason for the error.

It happens if you don’t use the “I’m travelling” option on the shared account which gives you 2 weeks use of the account. Unfortunately this meant that my sisters’ account was now linked to my Sky account so I had to call them back and get it all changed. But my Sky account was linked to theirs so Netflix changed email addresses around.

They mean unique on netflix – i.e. not one attached to an existing account. Have you tried doing a password reset on the netflix website? And netflix can’t help they said go through sky. You can find this by going into your MySky account at  and clicking on the smal head & shoulders icon (top right of screen). How do I confirm what email has been used for Netflix as I am unable to login to Netflix or reset the password or change the email? Are you using your Netflix login details and not your Sky account details to login on a different device. When we try to login, a message come ups saying there is no account with my email. Then reset your password as per the link I posted. Best thing to do then is to Sign out of the Netflix where the option is at the bottom of the screen.

When you say you can log in fine on Sky; do you actually sign out of daman game online the Netflix App after use. I have Netflix as part of my Sky package and can watch Netflix through the app on my sky q box. Hi @Moiahmed Assuming you afre getting Netflix through your Sky subscription then it will be the same email address you have registered to your Sky account.
